The pre-order store expires one week after your child is photographed. If you missed the cutoff an image gallery will be available approximately 4 weeks after photography. See 2nd Chance & Reorders below.
If you didn’t order before photography it is not too late. We offer a small collection of our best options in our 2nd chance gallery. The gallery will be posted about 3-4 weeks after photography once the pre-orders are processed and delivered.
Each student will get a special code to see their picture. The code is on the label and the child safety ID card in the portrait envelope they receive.
