ORDERING INFORMATION
ORDER FOR CORRECT EVENT
We process orders based upon event/school. Please order for the event specific to the school the child attends. If you are ordering for multiple children that attend different schools in the district, i.e. Elementary, Middle and High School please place an order for each school. If they attend the same school (not district) you can combine their orders. If you place an order in the wrong event/school it may not be processed properly. Also, please be aware we may not photograph all of the schools in your district.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PLACE A PRE-ORDER ?
Pre-Pay events stay open for 1 week after picture day and offer the best product offerings and pricing.
I DON’T SEE MY CHILD’S SCHOOL
It may be in the timing! Remember, you have 1 week from picture day to place your pre-order.
If you have missed the pre-ordering window your child will bring home a unique access code to view and order their photos in the second chance store about 3 weeks after picture day.
The other possibility is that we may not photograph every school in your district.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PRE-ORDER ?
Pre-orders are delivered to the school, or to your home if you selected the ship to home option, about 3 weeks after picture day.
CAN I SEE MY CHILD’S PHOTO BEFORE I ORDER ?
If you prefer to wait to view the photo before ordering you can. However, the prices are approximately 30% higher and not all products are available for purchase. Unique access information will be provided to all students for previewing and ordering about three weeks after photography.
